Book a Call

The conversation

Schedule a confidential call.

Thirty minutes. Private. A straight answer to whatever you’re weighing — a brokerage move, a new license, a coaching model, the math on your business. No pitch. No follow-up list unless you ask for one.

30 minutes Phone, Zoom, or in person Free & no obligation Fully confidential
What to expect

A 30-minute call, four quick beats.

There’s no fixed agenda — every call is different — but the shape is consistent. You’ll always know what’s next.

01

A quick context swap

The first few minutes: where you are today, what you’ve already tried, what is actually prompting the call. We listen. No slide deck.

02

The honest math

We run the numbers on your current business — cap, splits, lead sources, time on the phone. No pressure to share anything you don’t want to.

03

What this office actually offers

The systems, the coaching access, the training calendar, the peer group. Real examples of what agents here are using this week — not a brochure.

04

Your call on a next step

A follow-up if it makes sense. A referral elsewhere if it doesn’t. Or nothing at all — just a better-informed you. The ball stays in your court.

Who this call is for

Three kinds of people usually book.

If any of these sound like your situation, the 30 minutes will be worth it.

Producing agent

You’re quietly evaluating a move.

You’re closing deals, but the ceiling, the split, the culture, or the coaching isn’t adding up anymore. You don’t want to tip off your office yet. You want to understand the math, the transition, and what a different model would actually look like — before you commit to anything.

  • Current cap or split feels punitive
  • Little to no real coaching or peer group
  • Growing a team and hitting systems limits
Newly licensed

You want a coaching-led home.

You have your license, you’re months in, and the thing you were promised — training, lead gen, mentorship — isn’t actually showing up. You’re looking for a brokerage that puts you around producing agents and teaches you the muscle memory of a real business.

  • Structured onboarding and weekly training
  • Access to Keller Williams MAPS Coaching early
  • A peer group that raises your standards
Considering the career

You’re thinking about getting licensed.

You’ve been circling real estate for months or years. You want the honest version of what year one looks like — the income range, the hours, the licensing steps in Oregon, and what separates the agents who last from the ones who don’t.

  • Oregon licensure process, cost, and timeline
  • Realistic year-one and year-two income
  • Whether this is the right career for you at all
The promise

Fully confidential.

  • No contact with your current brokerage. We will not call, message, or hint to anyone at your current office that we spoke. Ever.
  • No unrequested follow-up. Your name does not get added to a drip, a call list, or any marketing sequence unless you opt in at the end of the call.
  • No pipeline or referral sharing. Numbers, referrals, deals in flight — anything you share stays inside the conversation.
  • You control the next step. If it’s a fit, we schedule a follow-up. If it’s not, we say so. No calendar-stalking afterward.

Aaron takes most first-time calls personally. He has been in real estate since 2007, joined Keller Williams in 2012 and sold 107 homes in his first year there, and has since led national expansion teams, built coaching-led market centers, and coached the top 1% of agents in the industry. When his calendar is full, a member of the Market Center leadership team takes the call — always an operator with direct production and coaching experience, never a recruiter.

Common questions

Before you book.

How long is the call?
Thirty minutes is the default and typically enough. If there is more to discuss, we can extend the call by mutual agreement, or schedule a longer follow-up. We do not keep people on the phone past the time they booked.
Who will I actually be speaking with?
Aaron Heard, CEO of Keller Williams Portland Central, takes most calls personally. When his calendar is full, the call is taken by a member of the Market Center leadership team — a real operator with direct production and coaching experience, never a generic recruiter.
Will my current brokerage find out I took this call?
No. Every conversation is strictly confidential. We do not contact your current brokerage. We do not announce the meeting internally. Your name is not added to any marketing list without your permission. The only people who know we spoke are you and the leadership team member on the call.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The call is free, there is no obligation to join Keller Williams Portland Central afterward, and we do not chase people with follow-up unless they ask us to.
What should I prepare or bring to the call?
Nothing mandatory. If you are a producing agent, it helps to know your rough production numbers from the last 12 months — units, volume, average commission — so we can have a real conversation about models and math. If you are newly licensed or considering licensure, just come with questions.
What happens after the call?
If the fit looks good on both sides, we schedule a longer follow-up — often a market center tour, a sit-down with an Executive MAPS Coach, or a specific next step tailored to what you are weighing. If it is not a fit, we will tell you, often with a referral to a better option. Either way, the ball stays in your court.
Can I bring my business partner or spouse?
Yes. Career and brokerage decisions affect household economics and, for team leaders, the rest of the team. Bringing a business partner, spouse, or trusted advisor is welcome and often useful.

That usually means you’re closer to the conversation than you think. The call is 30 minutes, completely confidential, and costs nothing — even if we never speak again.
